Safety & Security
The resort is secured twenty-four hours daily with security personnel on patrol and in all entrance and exit points complemented by an extensive network of close circuit television (CCTV) footage.
Emergency Plans
A. Evacuation
Please use the evacuation information available at the back of your door.
Follow the instruction given by our Emergency Response Team member who will be recognizable through his or her orange vest.
DO NOT use the elevator, please use the nearest stairwell and proceed to the pre-determined assembly point.
Handicapped guest must call ‘0’ for assistance. Our team will come to assist you immediately.
B. Fire Emergency
Contact ‘0’ or activate the nearest fire alarm knob.
Use a fire extinguisher if it is safe to do so.
Attend to human life in immediate danger.
Follow the Emergency Response Team instruction.
C. Earthquake
In the event of an earthquake, protect yourself.
Drop to the ground and seek cover (e.g under a sturdy table).
Stay away from windows and stand-alone furniture.
Do not evacuate the area unless you are requested to do so.
Listen to the announcement.
D. Tsunami
Strong underwater earthquakes can trigger a tsunami.
When a tsunami alarm is activated after an earthquake, please get ready for tsunami evacuation. An announcement will be made immediately through the speakers in the resort.
Move away from the beach immediately.
Follow the instructions of our Emergency Response Team members or the tsunami evacuation signage arrows.
The green signage indicates that you have reached the evacuation area, located on the highest floor.
E. Volcano Eruption
Guest are suggested to stay at room to avoid unnecessary exposure to ash due to volcano eruption.
Wear an effective face mask when outside to reduce inhalation of ash particles during eruptions.
Face mask are available on every guest room inside the drawer.
Goggles glasses are suggested to avoid eye irritation and itchy. You may contact our Guest Service Center to request the goggles glasses.
As volcanic ash may cause an allergic and irritate the skin, we suggest you to wear a long pants and long sleeve shirt.
Using outdoor public facilities during eruptions is prohibited.
