Our Concierge and Guest Relation Officer will be happy to assist you with your flight bookings, reconfirmation, online check-in and printing of boarding passes, and other airline information. It is advisable to re-confirm all airline reservations 48 hours prior to departure.

Beach

The beach is open to the public. We offer sun loungers for your relaxation. Each morning, our gardener ensures the beach remains pristine through thorough cleaning. Outsider spa services might offer you massage treatment, but due to the poor quality of product that is used these are not allowed on hotel property.

Butler Service 

Merusaka Nusa Dua is proud to offer its guests who are staying in the suite and villa (The Village), a unique and incomparable style of service. During your stay, all of your requests and inquiries will be taken care of by your butler, who is exclusively appointed to meet all of your requirements.

Car and Motorcycle Rental

Chauffeur-driven cars, self-drive car rentals, and motorbikes can be hired through the resort. The resort also provides return airport transfer options. Check-Out

Check-out time is at 12.00 pm. Should your departure time not coincide with our official check-out time, please contact our receptionist. Every effort will be made to assist with late check-outs whenever possible. It is advisable to check the room availability twenty-four hours prior to departure.

Credit Cards

The resort accepts the following major credit cards to settle guest accounts including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Union Pay. 

Currency

By law, all transactions in Indonesia must be applied in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is an approved and government licensed Money Changer open every day from 7am till 10pm, located on the Ground Floor underneath the main Lobby.

Please be advised that some money changers outside of the hotel are not licensed and their service may, or may not, be according to internationally recognized standards.

Doctor

The in-house clinic is available 24 hours a day for any medical issue. Doctor standby is available on call from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm, while doctors visit from 01.00 pm to 08.00 pm. The nearest hospital is Bali International Medical Center located inside the complex of The Nusa Dua. 

Dry Cleaning, Laundry and Pressing 

Laundry lists are located in your wardrobe. Please contact our Guest Service Centre by dialing ’0’ for collection. All laundry items received before 9 am will be returned on the same day.

Electric Current

The writing desk in your room is fitted with multi-plug sockets. Indonesian electric current is at 220 volts.

Elevator Usage

In case of emergency, do not use the elevators. Please take the nearest escape route as laid out in your room’s emergency evacuation plan and proceed to the resort’s meeting points, which are located at the beach and parking area for a Fire incident, the ballroom rooftop and the highest floor of Puri 1 to 6 for a Tsunami warning.

Fire Safety 

Merusaka Nusa Dua has smoke detectors in every room, suite or villa and an evacuation system backed by trained professionals to ensure your safety. Foreign Exchange 

The currency exchange counter is located on the ground floor underneath the Main Lobby and operates from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.

In-Room Dining

For your safety and security, the room, suite or villa’s number is not indicated on the key. Kindly return the key upon check-out.

Online Transportation Services

Guests are welcome to utilize online transportation services. When it comes to ride services, drivers are permitted to collect and drop off guests at the lobby porte cochere. For deliveries, drivers should park their motorcycles in the designated parking area and are authorized to directly hand over goods to guests in the lobby.

Room Air-Conditioning

As part of our sustainability efforts, your room air-conditioning is automated with SensorFlow’s smart technology to switch to an energy-efficient setting when you are not in the room. When you are back, it will automatically switch back to your original setting. This action will help us reduce our carbon footprint and make the world a greener place.

Safety Deposit Box

Your room is equipped with an electronic safety deposit box located in the wardrobe for the safekeeping of your valuables. Please dial our Guest Service Centre by dialing ‘0’ should you require an assistance with the operating instructions.

You are strongly advised to use your In Room Safe for any moneys, handphones, jewelry, computers, etc. Items of greater value may be stored in our Safety Deposit Boxes located in our Main Lobby. Please note that the hotel can not accept liability for loss of property, how-so-ever its loss may have occurred.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor public spaces, including offices, recreational areas, shopping areas, dining establishments, and guest rooms. Smoking is permitted solely on balconies, with no provision of ashtrays inside guest rooms and certain area designed for smoking outdoor. Violation of this regulation will result in a minimum fine of USD 150.

Sun Safety

For your own safety, we recommend that you avoid extensive exposure to the sun; particularly between 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm. Sunglasses and sun cream are recommended, and are available from our hotel shop located underneath the main Lobby.

Swimming Pool

The resort has several swimming pools located within the resort’s areas; a three tier swimming pools and two children’s pools at the garden, a swimming pool with a jumping board in the beachfront, and communal pools for Deluxe Pool Access' guests. There is an exclusive plunge pool in every villa, that is connected to a river-style pool.

Guests must exercise caution when using these facilities, as there are no lifeguards assigned in all locations.

The public pools are open from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm and towels are available at the pool counter. Please do not bring bath towels to the pool area.

The Spa by Merusaka

Indulge in the tranquility of Balinese wellness at The Spa by Merusaka.  Featuring 6 (six) spa treatment rooms, each tailored for couple and equipped with private bath tub. Additional of 2 (two) jacuzzis with ocean and garden view and lounge area. Located at the upper floor, after the chapel.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available at the resort; however, the resort will not be held liable for any accident, theft, or damage that may occur within our grounds. Car keys can be kept and collected from our Concierge desk for your convenience.
