The Art of the Reformer
For those new to the practice, Reformer Pilates is a highly effective, low-impact form of exercise centered around a specialized machine. The reformer’s system of springs and pulleys provides finely tuned resistance, allowing you to lengthen and strengthen your muscles with precision and control. It is a graceful yet challenging practice, celebrated for its ability to sculpt the body and focus the mind.
